Body Weight Workout
Boot camp workout will be body weight only and modifiable for many levels. Ages 12 and up are welcome to join us on our journey to adding more movement into our lives.
After the 45-minute workout, stay for our “chat and chill” session for some fellowship with like-minded parishioners seeking not only stronger
bodies but stronger faith.

prep and deliver the meal.
Meet in the Kitchen from
9:30 am - 11:30 am to prep.
Meal served from
12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
at the Veterans Village.
Desserts Needed! Please drop off before 11:00 am on Sunday.
